I try out all forms of exercise and keep coming back to Yoga!!! Have recently started the Surya- namaskar or the Sun Salutations and have to admit it is a complete exercise routine. Thanks for sharing.
I am so happy that you are practicing Surya- Namaskar.. It has so many benefits .. I do feel that you can get a full body work out while adding in the mind and spirit.. I enjoyed your blog its nice to hear about India..I hope to one day visit ….
